SLNF Series Tipping Counter Flow Coolers
The cooler is indispensable in the pellet production section of industrial processes. It can reduce temperatures to the extreme range of 70C-90C to just 3C-4C above the ambient temperature. The reverse-flow cooler consumes less energy while providing adequate water moisture for efficient pellet transportation storage.
SKLN series countrer-flow cooler is utilized in large pellet plant for pellet cooling. After cooling, not only the pellet hardness is strengthened, but also easy for packaging and transportation.
It occupies little area, has compact structure, and is convenient to operate. High productivity, good cooling effect, high automation and low noise.
Working principle: the cool air blows reverse the pellets, so that the pellets are gradually cooled from bottom to top. It prevents the surface cracking that is often caused by vertical cooler.
● The oscillating turning discharge devices of pellet cooler is controlled by soft fluid drive system.
● The speed of discharging material can be changed, evenlly and fluently.
● Special turning scattering device keep material equal, crushing, cooling and other devices reduce broken pellets.
● Pellet cooler is widely used in cooling for various materials.
