C-shaped and Z-shaped Roll Former
The rollformers include a first roll former station having a plurality of forming rolls and a second roll former station for forming the legs of the two components. The second roll former has a first and second pair of forming rolls, and a mechanism for both supporting the forming rolls and adjusting the position of the pairs from a first position in which the second pair of forming rolls make contact with a portion of the first component to a second position in which the second pair of forming rolls make contact with a portion of the second component.
