A Detail Introduction of Wheat Flour Milling Process
1. Wheat Flour Milling Process
In our milling process, milling consists of three basic sections:
1. Grinding: breaks the grain and parts of the grain with some separation of the individual parts of the grain.
2. Sieving: classifies mixtures of grain particles of different sizes into fractions of narrower particle size ranges.
3. Purifying: separates mixtures of bran and endosperm particles using air currents and sieves.
A wheat flour milling process for producing whole grain wheat flour which has the full nutritional value of wheat kernels, while retaining the texture of refined wheat flour and an appearance similar to refined wheat flour, and the products which can be made from the whole grain wheat flour.
