This 400kg/h sawdust briquetting line project is located in Egypt and is taken over by AGICO, the raw materials include: wood shavings, waste wood pieces (with the diameter of about 20mm), twigs and branches (with the diameter of below 200mm) as raw materials. Oversized branches will be pulverized through cutterhead crusher and saw shavings processed by hammer mill, and all the feedstock will be sifted either manually or directly with a sifter.

And then raw material processed by the sifter will drop on the belt conveyer to the inlet of the dryer. Dried material via the cyclone will go to a screw conveyer where heat dissipation and evaporation of raw material are proceeded, and this is the brilliant design of the project. Therefore, it is suggested the screw type conveyer is integrated to this line. After the steps mentioned above are done, raw materials will be conveyed into briquetting production groups directly.
