Cleaning
technology is consists of unprocessed wheat cleaning
and clean wheat cleaning.It adopts the technology
of:the wheat is sifted twice,threshed twice,separated
from rocks twice, washed with water ,that guarantee
the quality of the wheat before into mill.
The main equipments: two sets of wheat surface cleaning
machine one set of 3T type washer,two set of plane
rotary sifter,one set of stone,one set of magnetic
separator,one set of type double-deck high-speed vibrating
sieve .
This equipment adopts the flour-milling technology
of four-time barking (4B) five-timemashing(5M) one
sluging(1S). It has increased the sieving area and
perfect sieving effect, especially adopts vibrating
grader.That is guarantee the quality and high rate
of flour extraction of the product.
